Professional Bio
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) in Maryland, and a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) through Dr. Leslie Korn’s program. I have spent my career working across community health, integrated care, and private practice settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions.
My clinical background includes leading behavioral health services within integrated medical systems, where I collaborated with primary care teams to address the complex relationship between mental health, chronic stress, addiction, and physical wellbeing. This experience shaped my belief that mental health treatment must move beyond symptom reduction and instead address the whole person — including lifestyle, nutrition, nervous system regulation, environment, and relational patterns.
In my private practice, Refined Wellness, I specialize in working with high-functioning but overwhelmed women who are seeking deeper, sustainable change. My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that healing occurs when we integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with practical lifestyle shifts and mind-body interventions. I aim to create a grounded, collaborative space where clients feel both challenged and supported as they move toward clarity, recovery, and long-term resilience.
