Randi Welch, LCPC, LCADC, is an integrative therapist based in Stevensville, MD on Kent Island. She works with women navigating burnout, chronic stress, depression, anxiety, addiction and ineffective coping, life transitions, and the pressure of holding everything together.
In-person therapy is available in Stevensville, with virtual therapy available throughout Maryland.

2. Begin With an Initial Intake
If we decide to work together, your first session is a 60-minute intake focused on understanding your history, current concerns, goals, and what you want to change.
3. Continue With Individual Therapy
Ongoing 50-minute individual therapy sessions give us space to work intentionally on the patterns, challenges, and goals that brought you to therapy.

Refined Wellness is based in Stevensville, MD, on Kent Island. Limited in-person therapy is available locally, and virtual therapy is available throughout Maryland.
Do you accept insurance?
Refined Wellness is a private-pay therapy practice. Individual sessions are $185 — comparable to many specialist co-pays, with no insurance delays.
Many clients choose to pay out of pocket for the flexibility, privacy, and quality of care that comes with private practice therapy. Superbills can be provided upon request for reimbursement through your insurance’s out of network benefits where applicable.
