Thoughtful, whole-person therapy for women who are used to holding it all together.

At Refined Wellness, I work with women who appear capable, accomplished, and put together on the outside—but may be navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves behind the scenes.

As a referral partner, you may recognize these women in your own practice: the high-achieving professional who cannot switch off, the mother carrying the mental load of everyone around her, or the woman beginning to question whether her familiar ways of coping are still serving her.

Refined Wellness offers a space for women to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and build a more sustainable relationship with themselves and their lives.

Who may be a good fit?

Refined Wellness may be a good fit for adult women who are:

Experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, or burnout while continuing to meet high expectations.

Navigating life transitions, shifting identities, boundaries, or relationship challenges.

Struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-functioning, or feeling responsible for everything.

Reevaluating their relationship with alcohol or other coping strategies that no longer feel helpful.

Interested in understanding the connection between their emotional well-being, physical health, behaviors, and lived experiences.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with an individualized, whole-person perspective, helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms toward a deeper understanding of their patterns and needs.

Professional Referrals

I’m Randi Welch, LCPC, LCADC, NCC, CMHIMP, and the founder of Refined Wellness.

My clinical background includes over 10 years of clinical mental health and outpatient substance use treatment, with an approach grounded in evidence-based care, curiosity, and respect for the whole person.

I believe therapy should offer more than another place to perform, achieve, or check a box. It should be a space where clients can be honest about what isn't working, understand themselves more fully, and develop meaningful, sustainable change.

Refined Wellness is built around the belief that someone can be highly capable and still need support. Those things are not mutually exclusive.
